It’s cold. We’re all cold. The indoor plants are cold. The birds are cold.

Welcome to my Hocking Hills mini vacation photo dump.
Photo notes: We hiked Ash Cave, Cedar Falls, and my favorite, Cantwell Cliffs. The abandoned church (which we visit every year) is the 1848 Wesley Chapel. The graveyard behind dates to the early 1800s and still has active burials. Kurt found the creepy doll in a hike in the forrest behind our cabin and she became our mascot for the trip. These photos were all taken with the Fujifilm XT3.

I don’t need to mention that 2020 was an odd year. Here are 12 photos, in chronological order, that represented each month, including some I haven’t posted online before. Not an abundance of humans for obvious reasons. Wear a mask, stay home when you can. Be safe out there.

Here are a few recents shots around my neighborhood inspired by lights, reflections, and isolation. With the weather turning colder, the hours of sunlight rapidly decreasing, and a rampant pandemic, it’s been pretty dark visually and emotionally.
Hang in there.

Over the last year a few folks have been asking about how to get additional prints from my show last year at The Gallery at Gateway Film Center. Well, I finally got my act together and put up a selection on my website for Small Business Saturday. Feel free to check them out!
Heart Bones, a new project from Har Mar Superstar and Sabrina Ellis came to Skullys with The Closeness, consisting of Todd and Orenda Fink from The Faint and Azure Ray. Heart Bones was performing the Dirty Dancing soundtrack.
These photos are from November.
